At Windsor we have fully air-conditioned accommodation for cats with spacious and comfortable enclosures.

Upon check-in you will be required to provide proof of vaccination and your pet will be examined for ticks and fleas. If ticks or fleas are found, then in order to proceed the pet must be treated at the owner’s expense to remove them.

Vaccinations, that may have lapsed, should be given at least two weeks prior to your pet’s boarding as this allows for a better immunity response. Should your pet have vaccine reactions or written proof that they should not medically receive a vaccine that our hospital requires, please contact our staff member prior to boarding.

On arrival you will be asked to complete a form on arrival with specific instruction for the care of your pet including feeding instructions and exercise requirements. You may choose to bring your own food if there are dietary restrictions. Our staff will be on site 24 hours to take care of your pet.
